- Authenticity Guarantee: We take great pride in offering only original and authentic decanted perfumes sourced directly from reputable suppliers. In the rare event that you believe a product is not genuine, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will initiate a thorough investigation and work swiftly to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
- Returns for Unopened Items: If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns for unopened and unused items within 30 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization. The item must be in its original packaging, sealed, and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Returns for Damaged or Defective Items: In the unfortunate event that your decanted perfume arrives damaged or defective, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request photos of the damaged item and packaging to expedite the resolution process. Depending on the circumstances, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund.
